Hello Aelle,
Well shoot - if nobody else is going to do it then I will. Hello and welcome to the site!
Peacehaven is not a great place to find employment is it? And the commute out is a bit tricky too. Have you been in touch with the Sussex Archaeological Society? Volunteering at the Martlets is very generous but as long as you're volunteering, why not try Lewes Castle and Museum - they sometimes take volunteers and also have links to the above society...
... Just thought you might find the above helpful if you need ideas

Don't worry about the ongoing bickering in some of the other threads, there are some colourful characters here who sometimes come across quite opinionated but they're all fluffy and cuddly really

Hellooo Aelle. Welcome to the sight.
As Clyde points out biccering can happen here, its tollerated to a certain point and then I threaten to get out the jelly wrestling arena, so they can battle it out properly. (not sure why but no-one takes the arena idea seriously?!) Anyhoo enjoy the site.
p.s sorry I'm not around a lot at mo peeps, will hopefully be back to full strength again real soon. hugs to you all.

Hhhmmm,
Seems a bit quiet today.
Lots and lots of guests passing through.
I like to count things 
On a personal note, I have added an extra room
to my latest abode. It will be my Library.
So naturally I now have more chalk to shift.
There has been no anomolies in the movements of the planets
recently. The tide still rises and indeed lowers, that's always a
good sign.

Hi everyone,
I found this site a little while ago whilst idly browsing the Internet, who'd of thought little 'ol Peacehaven would have a website and forum eh!
Anyway, a little about me as that's what this thread is for... I was born in Brighton and lived there for the first couple of years of my life before moving to Peacehaven where I have been living ever since!
I am afraid I'm a little predictable and enjoy all the usual 'blokey' things in life (cars, gadgets etc), with the exeption of football which drives me mad!

Hey all,
my name is Det from Germany and every year I visit Peacehaven on 3-4 times, for a few days. It´s a realy nice place and the people are very friendly - thx! I found this page by google.de and now I´m on your memberlist. I visit Peacehaven again next spring (hope the weather will be good  ) .

Welcome Det. I just returned from Germany last night. We caught all the snow. Fantastic. We stayed at Hohne near Bergan. we love it there and go whenever we can.
