Peacehaven, East Sussex, UK, is around 7 miles east of Brighton, and 2 miles west of Newhaven.
Neighbouring towns Telscombe Cliffs and Saltdean are similarly residential and have a similar
demography, whilst Brighton is the party capital of the area, and also a huge draw for
music and musicians.

Property continues to be cheaper out here than in Brighton ... historically it was ever so!
